Online participation in the conference is free. The participation fee for those who will make a face-to-face presentation is 600 TRY. The face-to-face participation fee for undergraduate and graduate students is 300 TRY. An author can participate with a maximum of 2 papers.

There is no fee for those who want to have their presentations published in the proceedings book.

For those who wish to have their presentations published in an editorial book and/or indexed journals, the publication fee is US$50 per paper.
